TransformLaw has developed an integrated, transdisciplinary framework that incorporates a complexity-, change-, people- and power-centred approach to justice transformation (The TransformLaw Framework©). This framework has been integrated into a comprehensive training course for professionals – the TransformLaw Advanced Practice Training Course©. In addition to demonstrating a complexity-, change-, people- and power-centred approach, the TransformLaw Advanced Practice Training Course© provides foundational and advanced legal-, justice- and rule of law-based knowledge and skills.
Course Participants
The TransformLaw Advanced Practice Training Course© has been created for rule of law, justice, security, and human rights policymakers, practitioners, and academics engaged in justice transformation efforts in their home countries, in another country or region, or globally. Potential participants include stakeholders from national governments and justice sectors, national civil society organisations, and national staff working for international organizations. It also includes international rule of law, justice, security, and human rights professionals from international or regional organisations, donor governments, international nongovernmental organisations, academia, or the private sector space.
